Process
I went to a Finance-Risk Management Mock Assessment Centre. First, they made a presentation about the company, then divided us into two groups. For the first 40 minutes, our group needed to solve a case. They recorded each member's activity to give proper feedback at the end. After the group assignment, each of us had a personal interview. First, they asked about personal goals, then proceeded to the technical part with questions mostly about finance and economics.
