Very bad company culture. Things are consistent, yet they asked technical questions completely unrelated to the position. Just after that, they said they were changing the job description. I declined to continue the interview. The company does not respect the candidate, and the interviewers were also unprofessional.

Pros: Salary, to lure people to join them.
Cons: They want to hire stars; once you join, they will treat you like dust. No process is followed, and there's no knowledge sharing. The US manager's behavior is random, and there are no open conversations. India employees are treated as contract labor. Favored people are treated very well, even though they bomb the production. You will be undermined in front of your reporters. The US manager can do whatever they want.

Pros: I got a couple of WFH gear from the firm. Bonuses are good.
Cons: Salary increments could be better. It takes time to reach a senior position.
