I was contacted via LinkedIn by an HR representative.
First, there was an initial phone screen, followed by a phone interview. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any replies to my follow-up emails afterwards. This felt very unprofessional.
Setting up the phone interview was also a painful process. The HR representative rescheduled the phone interview just an hour beforehand.
