Process
The interview process involved six stages:
- A preliminary technical interview over the phone (approximately 30 minutes).
- A core technical interview focused on the specific domain of the application (approximately 1 hour).
- A technical interview covering related areas (approximately 1 hour).
- A casual discussion about motivation and goals with managers (approximately 30 minutes).
- Team fit discussions with interested teams (approximately 30 minutes each).
- An HR discussion regarding salary and team preference (approximately 15 minutes).
The entire process, from the initial phone interview to the HR discussion, took less than a month. All technical interviews were conducted in English. The final decision was made 2-3 weeks after the HR talk, and it was followed by a one-month background screening.

Pros: Nice benefit package.
No pressing deadlines (depending on the division).
Smart people.
Volunteering culture.
Real international environment.
In-house trainings (tech & others too).
Cons: Long wait time for approvals (while projects are on hold).
Decisions are often made multiple layers above employees.
"Morganized" tech stack (many of the things you use are modified/specific to the firm, and resources are often hard to find and/or outdated).
9-hour workday (with lunch break).

Pros: Great team, really supportive of each other. Usually, work-life balance is preserved, and the current manager is good at maintaining it.
Cons: Lots of legacy tools/applications. For example, deployment is too complex, and the process to do it is only used within the firm, so it has no use outside the firm or other companies.
Sometimes you have to work on the weekend to deploy the application, so that is a poor choice made by management.
Even though my manager/team is quite nice in general, the senior management is just awful. They try to keep forcing everyone back to the office, as well as finding ways to micromanage more.
The salary is a bit lower than the market due to recent inflation and management NOT CARING to adjust current employees' salaries, so be prepared to get a yearly raise that is lower than the inflation rate.

Cons: They don't pay you for overtime even if required a lot of time. In a few projects, you will use outdated technology.
