It was very tiring, and the process went through the whole day. It's a good company, and the HRs were quite friendly and conducted the interview very normally. They asked me in-depth about all the core subjects, so deep knowledge of the subject is required.

Pros: Surprisingly new technologies (the company needs to stay ahead of the competition, and that means they need such tools before the rest of the technology world), a lot of autonomy, and a lot to learn.
There is a lot of out-of-work socializing if you want. The people are very smart.
Don't expect an investment bank to be the same as a traditional bank; it is a very different type of company and a different type of work.
Cons: Mostly back-office work, with very limited exposure to end users. Almost zero opportunity to relocate from growing engineering offices (Shanghai, Budapest) to metro offices (New York, London, Hong Kong).
Many tools are in-house developed. This means that much of what you learn here cannot be easily applied elsewhere.

Pros: You can get a good salary only when you enter a company with a good package.
Post-entry, you won't get a good hike until you are good at playing politics.
You shouldn't disagree with your manager on anything.
Cons: Too much politics. If you don't nod in agreement with everything your manager says, you will get bad ratings. Even if the department doesn't follow processes, you have to keep quiet; else, you will be fired or given bad ratings.
