Process
The first round was OK. The HR representative was very nice and talkative.
The second round with the Validation team was arranged but did not take place due to Morgan Stanley. I did not receive any reply whatsoever as to why.
I tried calling and mailing, but received no answer.
It's okay with me if they found a better applicant, but cold calling potential employees and promising them that the process will continue with the second and third rounds just seems like a shameful way of recruiting.
