Vice President, C++ Developer Interview Experience - Hong Kong, China

Process

Firstly, there was a phone call from HR to ask basic questions. This was followed by a phone call from the manager for basic technical questions.

Thirdly, I went to their office one day for a technical test, a peer interview with other VPs, and finally a director interview, which lasted 2 hours of personality assessment. This was all done on the same day.

After asking all my questions, the director suddenly dismissed me for no reason. It was very irrational and rude.

I later found out they hired my former senior colleague. They will definitely not consider me for another opportunity.

Questions

Very common questions, like how do you see yourself in the next five years and what would you do if you had unlimited capital.
