Process

Position: Big Data Development Team Lead

The interview process was quite fast, and candidates were often asked to interview on short notice. I experienced four rounds of interviews, sometimes with less than an hour's notice. It was one of the most unprofessional processes I have ever encountered. I had four interviews in three days, with two of them scheduled with less than an hour's notice.

Once the process concluded, a senior recruiter called to inform me that everything had gone well and the hiring team intended to move forward. They connected me with their immigration team and requested my immigration documents. After this, I never heard back, despite following up twice. The recruitment team did not even bother to reply to my emails.

This was totally unprofessional behavior. Consider this carefully if you are an immigrant.
