Work here if you do not want to grow as a Software Engineer. Only a handful of teams (like maybe five) get it right.
You get fired for going in ten minutes late, having personal boundaries or a life, or even dressing up in business casual.
Archaic work from home policies, poor tech stack, either micromanaged or have to just show you are at work. The repo T3 team is the worst. I think they seek desperate people who need visas or contractors and have a lasso on them using that. Pay is below average, too. If you are talented, you will find better places.
I was reached out to by phone. We had some background questions, then set up for tech rounds. These rounds were not so difficult. Then, I met with the hiring manager for a chat about my resume and recent projects.
The overall process was great. The interview was easy, and they made sure I was comfortable. Overall, they offer good benefits. They are very flexible with location preference.
The interview was conducted as part of a placement drive organized by the placement cell. The interviewers were thorough and very interested in how the problems presented were solved.
