- Excellent culture (startup culture but with large company resources)
- Benefits are good (at par or above industry standards)
- Friendly and competent people
- DNI friendly
- Interesting work and lots of room for impact
- Agile and fast-paced environment
- Possible to move around the company internally
- Compensation is poor compared to other FinTechs in the industry.
- No clear opportunities or path to promotion.
- "Do more with less" mindset means everyone is overworked.
Don't try to make the company everything to everyone. Some acquisitions in past years didn't make sense or align with the corporate mission as a digital broker-dealer.
