They seemed really interested and were impressed with my skills and knowledge.
The hiring manager was friendly but seemed young. The role seemed difficult.
I asked what happened to the last person doing the job – I never got a straight answer, which made me think they didn't choose to leave.

- Benefits are good (at par or above industry standards)
- Friendly and competent people
- DNI friendly
- Interesting work and lots of room for impact
- Agile and fast-paced environment
- Possible to move around the company internally
Cons: - Compensation is poor compared to other FinTechs in the industry.
- No clear opportunities or path to promotion.
- "Do more with less" mindset means everyone is overworked.
