Flexible work hours for better work-life balance that benefits families with kids or for side hustles such as non-conflict side ventures or passion projects.

Cons: Career growth may seem slower for some employees due to unavoidable department restructuring. Patent submissions may also be a helpful factor in career opportunities aside from only years of experience or deliveries of assigned work. Yet, this may also be common for other MNCs, give and take.

Pros: They took exceptional care of me when they laid me off in 2007. This was a great company to work for and I recommend it highly.

Cons: They care about the bottom line, but that is part of any successful business.

Pros: Company is moving in the right direction by keeping up with new technology on its products and services.

Cons: Some challenges of working on projects with other folks in other countries.
