The recruiter told me he would call me back about an interview. Instead, I got an automated rejection email. Unprofessional, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not bother to apply again.

They're interested more whether you're the right person for the job, so make sure you master the area for which you are applying.

Welcoming staff, smooth registration process, and courtesy manager. A mix of experience sharing and technical questions. The interviewer being done face-to-face can be more than one person in that session.
