The package is good, but not the best in the industry.
Managers should encourage organic growth.
Lack of accountability may lead to misuse.
People who joined the company from other companies are diluting the quality of hiring by trying to bring someone from their previous organization. This would have a negative impact.
Grow people internally rather than bringing people from outside.
Need to give more attention towards the career development plan of the individual than just focusing on project deliverables/milestones.
