Process
Such is the sad state of affairs with Netflix's interview process. They interview candidates for a week and then suddenly ghost them. Despite working with three recruiters, none feel accountable for responding with the next steps or the outcome of the interviews. I haven't heard back from them to date, and it's been almost four weeks.
Time, efforts, and accountability are the missing elements. Be careful before you fall prey to recruiters or hiring teams who don't value interested candidates.
