Such is the sad state of affairs with Netflix's interview process. They interview candidates for a week and then suddenly ghost them. Despite working with three recruiters, none feel accountable for responding with the next steps or the outcome of the interviews. I haven't heard back from them to date, and it's been almost four weeks.
