Pros: Hands down the best place I've ever worked. They treat you like an adult. You are allowed to determine your path at the company and are given the freedom to do what you think is best. You are also awarded above-market salaries.
Cons: People who need a lot of hand-holding will not do well.

Two thumbs up
Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee
Gilroy, California, United States
October 30, 2015
Pros: The culture is very much what you see in the slide deck. Mostly smart and considerate coworkers.
Netflix is very generous to employees.
You get cheap trinkets every time there is a milestone.
Cons: There are actually a few incompetent and rude people that get in the door. Usually, they don't stick around. If you work on a problem that can't be A/B tested, it can be hard to get traction for new ideas.
