Process
The process began with an initial call, followed by a phone screen. Subsequently, I attended a full day of on-site interviews. For these on-site interviews, the company flew me out and arranged for my stay at a very comfortable hotel. They also allowed me a day to rest before the actual interview.
Questions
There are two types of conversations:
First, about culture and fit. Here, they are trying to assess how you would perform in a high-pressure environment.
Second, about technical competency. Here, they look for your ability to solve technical problems, architecture, ideas, etc.
