Process
Straightforward and quick. The process is very technical, with "culture fit" interviews following the technical part.
Once I reached the fit stage, it was really a matter of understanding the culture and them ensuring you are a good fit for it.
Netflix also seeks individuals who are very excited to work there. If you interview with them, you should know the product well and be able to discuss the pros and cons of using Netflix from your personal standpoint.

Pros: Netflix has a great culture with a lot of freedom and ownership on projects.
The work is challenging, but work-life balance is great.
Great pay (top of market).
Limited politics and bureaucracy.
Cons: Lot of growth prospects as an individual contributor, but it is difficult to grow into leadership roles. Netflix tends to hire experts in each role.

Pros: Hands down the best place I've ever worked. They treat you like an adult. You are allowed to determine your path at the company and are given the freedom to do what you think is best. You are also awarded above-market salaries.
Cons: People who need a lot of hand-holding will not do well.

Pros: The best part about working at Netflix is the people.
I've worked at both Microsoft and Amazon before coming to Netflix, and the people at Netflix are of a higher quality. Each person seems to be very good at what they do, and I feel like I can learn from them. I never realized before what a joy it is to work with great people.
Other great things about Netflix are high salary and free meals.
Cons: There isn't much of a career path. If you want to be a manager or director, you might not have much success at Netflix. I view Netflix as a place where people come to work during the day and then go home to their families at night.
