I was contacted by the recruiter and spoke with the hiring manager. The call went well, but I was declined. This was presumably because my previous experience was not a good fit for what that team was looking for at that time.

I had an initial phone interview, which consisted of several questions on Java and Perl. I then had an onsite interview. Since I was an out-of-area candidate, I was given excellent accommodation for staying. Onsite interviews included face-to-face

Straightforward and quick. The process is very technical, with "culture fit" interviews following the technical part. Once I reached the fit stage, it was really a matter of understanding the culture and them ensuring you are a good fit for it. Net
