The interview process was straightforward. The first round was with the hiring manager, followed by three technical interviews. Surprisingly, they did not ask any questions regarding system design, app architecture, or app performance.

My candidature was kept on hold for several weeks. Afterward, they informed me that they could not offer a Staff position, only a Senior Engineer position. The peculiar part was their inability to explain the reason for this decision; they provided absolutely no negative feedback.

It was a complete waste of time, energy, and resources.
