Process

There were about 4-5 different interviews. First, a phone screen, then a 1:1 with my possible future boss. After that, there was also an interview with the human resources department and a panel with 3 different people related to the position. In the end, there was a last interview with the VP of the office. Maybe it was too much, but all the interviews were interesting conversations and helped me a lot to understand the company's purpose, the open position, and also to have a first impression of my future teammates.
