Phone call with recruiter, then a Zoom virtual with the Hiring Manager. After that, it would be half-day virtual interviews with peers and team members. I was rejected after talking with the Hiring Manager.

Cons: Zero transparency in some orgs, and leadership, management, and HR would make false promises, vague commitments, and then decline at the last moment.
There is no value for first-level management in some orgs.
