Process
Met with the Director of Engineering at a coffee shop near their headquarters. It was a very casual conversation. He took a few notes here and there and asked insightful follow-up questions to each answer I gave. It never felt like anything other than me talking about my career and him taking a genuine interest. I thought it was going great, so at the end, I asked him what the next steps would be. He replied something to the effect that they wouldn't be moving forward with me.
