The interview process is quite long. I had a total of 5 interviews, each roughly 30 minutes long. I also had to complete a coding assessment that took approximately 4 hours.
The coding assessment and interviews took place over the course of 3-4 weeks.
The time commitment seemed somewhat excessive to be spaced out over the long time period. I think I would have preferred taking an entire day off of work to complete the interviews, if that had been an option.
There really were no specific questions in the actual 1:1 interviews. Mostly, we discussed my background and why I was interested in the position.
Most of the interviews had overlapping discussions and could probably have been done in a group setting to save on time.
