Pros: My team is highly productive and engaged; pay is fair, and work is remote.

Cons: The company was purchased by PE, which is essentially gutting the place down to the studs. There have been multiple rounds of layoffs as they rehire in India. There is no clear vision, no trust in leadership, and low morale.

Pros: 1. Genuinely good teammates. 2. Decent perks.

Cons: 1. Absolutely clueless management. They literally are masters of deception. They will do a lot of politics and try to throw you under the bus. 2. Working hard here has made my life worse because you become a constant target for management. You can never pushback against literally dumb ideas and hope to stay. 3. The management is absolutely petty and unempathic to a degree that I cannot explain. 4. Oh, did I mention that 12-14 hour work days are very normal here? Especially since management is directionless and constantly shifts priorities.

Pros: Before they laid them off, the people. If you like being treated as if you are worthless, then maybe it is the place for you!

Cons: It's a bit obvious, but the entire culture is such a toxic environment, which is so sad to see after it had been such a positive one for so many years.
