Pros: Good work-life balance and decent base pay.

Cons: Nothing replaced RSUs when the company got purchased by private equity, and many took a significant pay cut. Culture is toxic, leadership is clueless, communication is nonexistent, and chaos is normal.

Pros: Projects are fine. Work life balance is also there.

Cons: Lack of transparency in company policies and hikes.

Pros: 1. Genuinely good teammates. 2. Decent perks.

Cons: 1. Absolutely clueless management. They literally are masters of deception. They will do a lot of politics and try to throw you under the bus. 2. Working hard here has made my life worse because you become a constant target for management. You can never pushback against literally dumb ideas and hope to stay. 3. The management is absolutely petty and unempathic to a degree that I cannot explain. 4. Oh, did I mention that 12-14 hour work days are very normal here? Especially since management is directionless and constantly shifts priorities.
