The process included:

• An initial interview with Human Resources
• A chat with an Engineering Manager
• A technical interview of LiveCoding + System Design.
• A technical interview with two Tech Leads
• Final interviews with Human Resources and offer.

The live coding involved reviewing some code files, identifying problems, proposing improvements, and answering questions about its functionality.

The system design involved, given an implemented architecture (already drawn), answering questions about it, identifying problems, and proposing alternatives and improvements.

The interview with the Tech Leads involved presenting an architecture I had previously worked on.
