If you are going to join after October, you will not be eligible for the current March hike cycle. You have to wait for the next March for the salary increment, and it will reflect on the payroll from the July salary.
That means if you joined in November, you have to wait 20 to 21 months for the next salary increment.
- Also, the salary hike is very low (similar to TCS): 7-10%
Eligibility for annual hike; most of the resources are planning to leave after seeing the first annual appraisal by New Relic.
