Cons: The culture has become very toxic. Every employee is put under a lot of pressure.

Pros: A lot of tech stack that you can work on. Good wlb and work culture. Good salary.

Cons: No cons as of now.

Pros: The job is fully remote, which is a huge plus. The engineers I work with are all great. The culture is mostly focused on solving problems rather than blaming, which makes for an overall positive environment for learning and collaboration.

Cons: The company has committed to being AI focused, which could be a good or bad thing depending on your outlook. Engineers will have an on-call rotation, which can be very rough depending on the team you're on. The leadership occasionally make decisions that are clearly not well thought through and upset the majority of employees. Managers and directors tend to be more level-headed though.
