Pros: Nothing good, and it is a sinking ship.
Cons: Too much pressure by HR Leader in India to write positive feedback on Glassdoor and post pictures on LinkedIn.
LinkedIn has become like Facebook, and every day there is a fake post on LinkedIn from HR Leader to showcase positivity and mislead people.
New grads should join only if they don’t have another option.
Great leaders who have set the foundation; they were mistreated and have left.
Worst culture set by Global CHRO.
