Applied online and was scheduled for a 25-minute phone interview with the recruiter. The recruiter called me 15 minutes late and seemed unprepared with questions. After he was done, he told me that he would send me the coding challenge right away and that I was a good match. Instead of a coding challenge, I was sent an auto-denial email the following day. The whole interaction seemed hurried and very unprofessional.
