I had a phone interview with recruiting and proceeded to a coffee interview onsite with one of the directors looking to hire a manager. After that, they had me come in for an all-day onsite interview with 3 different teams.
It was a very long day, but I really liked how they do a bulk hiring process and have multiple teams interview that are interested. That way, a candidate doesn't have to take off multiple times if they are currently employed or just working around busy schedules.
Everyone was very engaged, and I was impressed how there were not very many repeat questions. Very organized and thorough.
