Pros: Tech skills and hybrid mode
Cons: Managers are workaholics and they expect the same from employees. Working extra hours and on weekends is normal here and a part of the work culture. Also, you have a 24*7 on-call for which you get no extra payment. In India, they are abusing legal rules and making employees work for free for these on-calls. Someone should file a legal complaint to make New Relic educated and legally compliant.

Pros: Smart and capable colleagues, interesting technical challenges, a fun environment, and good WLB.
Cons: Lots of layoffs and offshoring since PE took over.
