Terrible leadership had destroyed the product and culture
Before fall 2022, it was the best company that I'd ever worked for. Really good people trying to work together to do great things.
In late 2022, new leadership started poisoning the company. By spring 2023, reorganizations occurred that gave more power to toxic people who have zero ability to actually plan an achievable strategy.
Healthy culture was thrown out while execs chased unachievable priorities with no clarity on execution or data to support their plans. Then layoffs in June 2023. Rinse and repeat, more layoffs in April 2024. Now they're laying off again so they can offshore jobs to India. There isn't a single executive at the company that isn't a backstabbing snake.
The PE owners should fire every C-level exec and replace them.
