The first round was an online question set, which included recording video answers, project management questions, and cloud-based solutioning for some use cases. I cleared that.

So far so good, then came the second round. The interviewer seemed passive-aggressive, and the icing on the cake was his hypocrisy. He had poor interviewing skills and very doubtful people skills. I'm not sure whether a high-performing team will ever last long under him.

There were only two questions for the entire 45-50 minutes of the interview.

1. Why are you quitting this company early? You have not completed a year.

2. Barrage of persistent questions including: What do you think is bad in your current company? Did you give any suggestions? No company is perfect, etc.
