Interviewed for a software developer position. After a technical screening, he faced a coding challenge and system design questions. Impressed with his problem-solving skills and team fit, the company offered him the role a week later.

There wasn't really a structure. I just came in, had a chat about technical stuff and my experience with it, and that was it. Lots of pre-screens though.

I sat in the online test. My name was also present in the list of students who cleared the written test, but my interview never happened. There were other students also with the same case. So, in the written test, there were 70 questions, including a
