The office environment is good enough, with a gym, recreation centre, and canteen.
All team members are getting along well with each other.
The communication between SLT and employees is smooth.
It's a huge organization with some redundant employees. The product of Nokia is facing fierce vie from Samsung and Apple. Innovation and decisive decision from SLT is very important for this enterprise, but I didn't see it up to now.
Try to understand the market and the needs of the customer.
