Limited opportunities in career progression.
Offshores a lot of design work to developing countries like India, which creates quality issues.
The quality and profitability of Nokia will be its downfall, because of offshoring design and integration work to India. The quality from India, after seven years, is still very poor, and I see no hope of improvement.
