I was already at the site, working as an external consultant. My interview was pretty informal, and we didn't discuss much technical stuff since they knew me.

4 steps: 1. Initial screening: 10-15 minute phone call with the Team Lead, describing the position and possible role. They sent me an invite to a coding task in Codility to be completed by the following week. 2. Coding task: 210 minutes to complete
