Pros: - Really interesting technical and product challenges, and there's a lot of opportunity to be engaged with solving these on a day-to-day basis.
- A genuinely great team where not only is everyone kind and pleasant to work with, but the bar for technical excellence is very high.
- In-person work, which may be a pro or a con, but I've really enjoyed working with people IRL instead of exclusively via Zoom.
Cons: - Notion has grown a LOT in the past few years. While overall this is a great thing that allows the company to tackle bigger challenges, there have been some speed bumps as the company adjusts to executing with a larger headcount.

Wonderful place to work
Software Engineer • Current Employee
December 18, 2021
Pros: As a software engineer, I feel Notion has such a collaborative culture where we just lift each other all the time. Whether it's a live issue, a bug during the development, or just working on something new, we just can ask others and jump into a session where we help each other.
Cons: Nothing so far as I just joined.
