An incredibly inclusive and caring group of people. There's a noted emphasis on recognizing and respecting our co-workers' and customers' backgrounds. This helps us build better processes internally and better features externally.
The engineering org cares a lot about the little details. If you've ever used the app and been pleasantly surprised at something that "just works", it's because the people at this company have really put thought into the value of any individual feature.
Leadership recognizes the importance of having reliable infrastructure and focusing on performance of the app. It allows the eng team to take the time to build for scale and performance.
- The company is growing fast, and teams and processes are changing fast as a result. Priorities and projects may shift unexpectedly. You'll need to come with the expectation that nothing is written in stone and processes are subject to change; the good thing is that you can be a defining voice to help guide these changes.
- Not open to remote work, which has and will continue to impact recruiting efforts.
Continue to be receptive and reactive to feedback, and we don't want to lose that as the company grows.
