Standard big tech interviews, but no weird LeetCode questions. The questions were real-world and somewhat related to the product. No specific knowledge was needed. The process was: * 1 phone screen * Virtual onsite: * 2 coding interviews
I was referred by a current employee, and the recruiter reached out a few weeks later to do a recruiter screen. Then I did the technical phone screen, which was a Notion-related question about implementing lists functionality.
Call with the recruiter. Rejected after the first phone screen. From the outside, they claim they value diversity, but in my opinion, they are looking for 'certain kinds' of candidates. I was supposedly rejected because of my communication style.
