Pros: Very good team and challenging work. I joined a few months ago, and everyone in the QA team is very helpful. Currently doing interesting and complex automation work, which I have not had the opportunity to do in my previous jobs. My Python skills have improved a lot after this project. The manager gives space to learn and perform, and keeps the team competitive. Good team and good management. We also get to play a lot of TT and football. Lots of team lunches and some occasional team outings. Flexible timings, food, and snacks are taken care of. We keep hearing from senior folks that we are close to an IPO. I should have bargained for more stocks when I joined.

Cons: There is a lot of work to do, and it seems we don't have enough people on most projects, which is putting more workload on me. A lack of documentation from the development team is affecting QA test planning and test development. Lots of changes happen in code/features during implementation, and QA is not updated on time. Some developers are not doing documentation. Logistically, traffic is bad on Bellandur Road, and sometimes I get stuck for 30-45 minutes on the service road trying to get into the office. There is a plan to move to a new building, and they are also arranging for office transport. This may solve the travel problem.
