Process

I stay in the NCR, so they decided to conduct telephonic rounds.

First, there were three telephonic rounds, all of which were technical. The third round was with someone who was a head in the U.S. He really liked my profile and experience and told me that he liked my profile and I was selected.

After two to three days, I got a call from HR stating there would be two more technical rounds with the same panel. I was shocked, but I decided to appear.

The fourth round was with the hiring manager, and it went well. In the fifth and last round, there were two people (might be leads or seniors), and they started asking typical questions on Selenium rather than Data Structures and Algorithms. The interview was fine, but I was rejected because I did not answer only a few questions.

Worst of all, it was the first time the same panel was conducting interviews again. Are these people not sure of the decision-making capabilities of their hiring and senior engineering managers?

However, the recruitment HR was really helpful.
