Site Reliability Engineer Interview Experience - India

November 6, 2024
Neutral ExperienceNo Offer

Process

The process included an MCQ-based pre-interview test, followed by one technical interview and one HR interview.

I was informed I had been selected for the HR round. However, after waiting for two hours, I was told to leave.

The HR representative stated they were pleased that many women reached the final rounds, as they were actively working to improve the gender ratio. This comment made the process feel somewhat biased from the outset.

Questions

OSI, Networking, Linux, OS. Not really into coding.
