Systems Reliability Engineer Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India
Process
Interview has happened in two phases.
First: They have called for an onsite location, i.e., Bangalore office. There, I attended 3 rounds (2 Technical and 1 Managerial). It was a bit of a lengthy process, but the overall experience was too good.
Recruiters are technically strong enough, and most questions are regarding the current project, VMware implementation, and VMware troubleshooting.
Second: After a week, they will schedule a telephonic round (Escalation Engineer Round). This is also a technical round, and mostly, the interviewer asks about vCenter and ESXi logs.
Overall, it was a great experience.
