Systems Reliability Engineer Interview Experience - Durham, North Carolina
Process
The interview process consisted of five rounds:
- Round 1 with an HR member.
- Rounds 2 and 3 with the technical team and managers.
- Round 4 with an escalation team member.
- Round 5 with the HR manager, where I received a job offer.
All interviews were conducted via phone or Skype, as I was not in the US. It was a very pleasant experience; everyone was very professional and friendly. The process was very straightforward.

The questions asked were divided into four different areas: Networking, Linux, SAN, and Virtualization, ranging from basic concepts to implementation.
