Process

The interview process involved multiple stages:

  • A brief phone screen by a company recruiter.
  • A separate phone screen by an engineer.
  • An onsite interview with several engineers and managers, lasting a few hours.
  • A final phone interview with an escalation engineer.

It took approximately 3-4 weeks from start to finish. Feedback followed the final phone screen within a few days.
