Process

The entire recruitment process had four rounds.

The first round was an online test. It included multiple-choice questions on topics such as networking, Linux troubleshooting, and operating systems. It also featured questions from the pre-placement talk that occurred before the online test.

Candidates shortlisted after the online test were called for a face-to-face interview the next day. I had three rounds of interviews: two technical interviews and one HR round.

The entire process was smooth and occurred without any delays. The results were announced on the same day.

Pros: Fantastic group of people to work with, interesting things to work on, amazing work-life balance, shittons of food and swag provided.

Cons: Salary is very difficult to get up to market value if you don't start there, even with outstanding performance.
