Process

Interviews were conducted in three rounds. SRE engineers were in charge of the first and second rounds. An SRE manager was in charge of the third round.

SRE engineers wanted to know whether I had enough knowledge to work with them and how I approached my job in the past. I believe the manager wanted to understand what kind of person I am and whether I possessed the skill to explain issues smoothly to customers.
